I got such a good workout from yoga yesterday that I need to do more yoga to stretch my sore muscles. Oh yeahhhh 😎

I’m going to my first hot yoga class tomorrow morning. When asked if I’ve ever been, I said “when I took yoga in college, we did it in a basement and sometimes it was really hot.” Yeah it have no idea what I’m in for but I’m excited! Gonna get up early to hydrate, have a good breakfast, and stretch a bit. It’s almost midnight and I’ve slept almost 5 hours already so good luck to me trying to get some more good sleep in before 7am.
After that class, I’m going to get a membership and pick a few days to go weekly and request those hours off at work. I’m so ready to get back into a regular yoga practice.

lessylphides: I came across a study the other day that compared green tea with commercial and medical mouthwashes and green tea won! It's more effective at killing bacteria/plaque without all the nasty chemicals. Nature really is the best. I now have a jar of green tea (with a few drops of peppermint oil for taste) in my bathroom to rinse with after brushing. Just thought I'd share, if you or any of your followers are interested.

thehappycleanvegan:

Yep green tea is amazing! Kills bacteria, natural breath freshener, packed with antioxidants! I don’t even know what’s in mouth washes! Probably chemicals, alcohol and nasties galore yuck! Thanks for sharing x

Anonymous: what are your thoughts on Pamela Anderson refusing to do the ALS ice bucket challenge because ALS association tests on monkeys and injects them with the disease until they die (and countless other cruel experiments on monkeys and mice)?

cleanbodyfreshstart:

high five pammy, great response to the challenge

Agreed. There are more ethical ways to support the cause.
