Any normal suncream makes me come out in a rash, not surprising as it’s full of chemicals, I’ll see if I can find a natural one this year, and see if my improved diet helps. :) It definitely is a good read. I’m going to do the same (: Eat more antioxidant-rich foods in the summer and buy (or maybe even make) natural sun screens.
