Endomorph. But on the bright side, my shoulders are AWESOME!

I find endomorph guys more attractive /opinion

This is interesting. This is for girls, too, I assume.

Thx Dr. Oz: “Peanut Butter & Chocolate—This tasty duo will satisfy even the most voracious sweet tooth. Melt a bar of dark chocolate and mix it into a jar of organic peanut butter. Leave it in the fridge so that it cools and the flavors blend. When a sugar craving strikes, have a spoon. One spoonful has 4.5 grams of sugar. Compare this to your average brownie with a whopping 30 grams of sugar, & you’re well on your way to shaking your sugar habit in healthy ways you never thought possible!”

Marry me Dr.Oz LOL

Must do it

Anonymous asked: Omg I love your tumblr!!! I go on it everyday and I adore it :) I am a gymnast (13,levell 6) and I was wondering if you had any eating tips and stretching/yoga tips for me to improve my flexibility, balance, and overall performance & health :) Thank you so much!!

Aw hi thank you! (: I think the poses really depend on where you’re at in your flexibility and balance but these poses for improving your balance might help. There are ways to modify some of these poses to make them harder if they aren’t enough for you. As far as flexibility, you can actually try things like scorpion pose and camel pose (like this) for flexibility, and scorpion is really good for balance as well. Like I said, it all depends on where you’re at in your practice. Just practice a lot of more advanced yoga poses and see which one’s really test you. As far as nutrition, just eat healthy and make sure you’re getting all your vitamins and minerals! (: Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
