Got blood drawn at the doctors today to check my iron, vitamin d, and b12 levels and I passed da fuck out and woke up on the floor with my tit half hanging out. A nurse who is also a friend pointed it out before I had a nip slip. Never wear a dress (unless you’re wearing a bra or got small boobs) to get your blood drawn. I was running late so all I had previous to going was a smoothie I made with spinach, goji berries, fruits, and nuts. And I still tried to go to work after that and spent half of the two hours I was there in the back room eating a burrito. I began blacking out while the nurse was extracting the second tube (they took 4) and I opened my eyes wide and confused after having a very fast-motion dream. Faces all around me. What a trip. Curious to get my results back.
So I made a huge plate of roasted veggies for dinner. A bunch of local organic carrots roasted with Olive oil, a portobello mushroom, a diced up sweet potato with a dash of salt, and a head of cauliflower “poppers” battered with whole wheat flour and water, slathered with a bit of Annie’s organic bbq hot chipotle sauce. My plate was covered! All organic too yaaaay.
First I started going nuts on the carrots and sweet potatoes. I have 5 carrots left (the long skinny kind) and mostly a bunch of cauliflower and I’m getting stuffed! But I’m so happy I took the time to make this all. It’s about 2am now and as soon as I’m finished, I’m going to shower and sleep because I have a great day of deep cleaning my apartment tomorrow before I go pick up my boyfriend from the airport at 630pm.
Also guess whatttttt - I CUT MY HAIR! I’m so so happy about it. My shower routine is so much better. I’m loving it!
