I'M ALIVE AND HAVE A NEW BLOG ›

I’ve been dreading this moment for months. I wanted to post sooner and had recorded a video, but it was a bit too overwhelming in a way.

The past 6 months of not blogging, I’ve been spending all of my time with my beloved boyfriend and I’ve been working. My time is much more productive now that I’m not spending all my time on my laptop.

Due to my dislike of being on a computer, I was hesitant to make a new health blog on blogger. But I finally have it mostly put together and I’m ready to reveal it to you all. I’m still working on it a lot so it’s definitely not looking entirely amazing right now but I’m really hoping to make this a fantastic blog to run and to visit! Right now I only have desserts on there heh heh.

Please follow if you’d like!It still does need a lot of work and I promise it will be much better in the near future with more foods that I love to make! You can follow by email if you’re not on blogger. I would really appreciate the follows and views! Maybe even a shout to your followers here. (:

“But, seriously…where do you get your protein from?”

teriyaki tofu with broccoli, and wild rice with mushrooms

Today’s lunch. BLTA - Whole grain, veggie bacon, spinach, tomato, and avocado. With grapes, strawberries, an orange, a kiwi, and orange carrot mango juice. So good.

Half of my lunch from about 2 weeks ago. Tofurkey sandwich on whole grain with soy cheese, mustard, spinach and tomato.

Late breakfast from today. Van’s gf/vegan whole grain waffles, white chocolate and dark chocolate peanut butter, organic maple blue agave syrup, and regular almond milk. Also a smoothie of almond milk, a banana, fresh spinach, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, and probiotics powder.

Here my almost 4 inch tall double veggie burger/sandwich. I don’t really like buns so I almost always use bread. Multi-grain bread, 2 Boca patties slathered in bbq sauce, tomato, and a huge handful of spinach.

I bet myself $20 that I could finish it and I almost did, but then it fell apart and the most of it that was left was just bread so I still kept my money… haha. I’m dumb, I know.

Even if you’re not vegan or vegetarian, it’s still good to get your protein from a bunch of different foods- you don’t just have to stick to meat to get protein! :)

Vegan grilled cheese tofurkey sandwich!

  • Earth Balance natural spreads butter
  • Daiya cheddar cheese
  • Organic 12-grain Omega-3 bread (use any kind you want)
  • 1/4th an avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • Fresh Spinach

Butter one side of both pieces of bread, add buttered side of one piece onto hot pan. Add cheese (as much as you’d like) and add tofurkey onto the cheese. As soon as the bottom is cooked, take it off and put the other piece on the pan while you add the tomato, avocado, spinach, and/or any other toppings of your choice to the piece with cheese. Add the piece of bread from the pan onto the sandwich and cut if desired. Add cheese to both sides of bread if you’d like.

Gardein herb dijon “breast” (vegan) and a whole zucchini cooked in water with pico de gallo seasoning and lemon juice on it. And iced strawberry flavored tea with honey in it (look at my cute tea cup). The herb dijon breast looks really bland and weird in this photo but it looked better in person and it tastes really good. There was thick gravy type of stuff (the herb dijon) on top so it looks weird. Pretty small dinner but I’m running out of food haha. That’s okay though. I’m not hungry right now and I keep snacking on chocolate treats anyway so I should be content for the next 2 hours or so.
